Mark G. Kitrick is a founding partner of the law firm of King, Kitrick, Jackson, McWeeney & Wells, LLC since its inception in 1991. He represents clients in a variety of matters, including Workers Compensation, Municipal, Land Use, Real Estate, Banking and Labor law.

He is former Co-Chairman of Civil Practice Committee for the Ocean County Bar Association.

Mr. Kitrick presently serves as the Borough Attorney for Manasquan, General Counsel for Southeast Monmouth Municipal Utilities Authority, Special Counsel for Brick Township, and Planning Board Attorney for Avon-by-the-Sea and Neptune Township. He also serves as Board of Adjustment Attorney for Spring Lake Heights and the Borough of Bradley Beach, Labor Counsel for Lake Como, and the Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority.

Attorney William Wells was extremely helpful in resolving the case that was filed against me based on a motor vehicle accident. William Wells was my attorney assigned to me for my re-opener lawsuit Case. Until then I had pretty good attorneys from King, Kitrick, Jackson and McWeeney But William Always Went Above and beyond for me and my case. William Wells advocated for me Always and fought for me like a Pit-bull to get me the Absolute Best Settlement Possible. We winded up settling the case without going to trial But I kind of wish we were forced to go to trial just so I could see William Wells Be the Shark he is when fighting for his clients! I’ve already recommended William to anyone who was looking for a Great Attorney. If I ever need another attorney for a lawsuit there’s Literally No One else I’d Rather have than William Wells.
