Kimberly BennettKimberly Bennett is an associate at the firm. In 2010, Ms. Bennett graduated from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and International Business. In 2013, Ms. Bennett received her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, NY. Ms. Bennett was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 2014.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bennett clerked with the Honorable Mark A. Troncone, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Ocean Vicinage Law Division. During her years in law school, Ms. Bennett interned for the Honorable William J. Giacomo in the Civil Division of New York Supreme Court Westchester County, the Honorable Arlene Gordon-Oliver in Greenburgh Town Court (NY), and the Honorable Honora O’Brien Kilgallen, J.S.C. in the Monmouth Vicinage Law Division. Ms. Bennett also worked as a student attorney at the Pace Women’s Justice Center where she represented petitioners seeking orders of protection. Since joining the firm, Ms. Bennett’s practice focuses mainly on insurance defense and land use matters.
