Ann Marie KuhnAnn Marie Kuhn is an associate at the firm. In 1995, Mrs. Kuhn graduated from Wagner College in Staten Island, NY with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology concentrating in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. In 1998, Mrs. Kuhn received her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, NY. Mrs. Kuhn was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1999 and State of New Jersey in 2004.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Kuhn worked for the Administration for Children’s Services in New York City litigating numerous cases involving child support and paternity. After moving to New Jersey, she prepared land use applications and researched legal topics for municipal court matters for a private firm. In 2009, Mrs. Kuhn was offered an opportunity to specialize in real estate matters for a boutique law firm in Central Jersey, handling contract negotiations, purchases, sales, and short sales. At KKJM, Mrs. Kuhn’s main focus is on real estate transactions and assisting with land use applications.
